Proper Diet (Vegetarian): The yogi diet is the lacto-vegetarian one, consisting in pure, simple, natural foods, which are easily digested and promote health. Simple meals aid the digestion and assimilation of nutrients falling into five categories: Protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, fats and fiber.
